OPERATIONS COORDINATOR-WHOLESALE

Come join us for a 6 month long contract, as our new Operations Coordinator -Wholesale at our Gothenburg HQ.  You will be part of an energetic and small team that has a big impact on the whole of Axel Arigato. We work very close to the sales managers but also cross functionally with other departments such as finance, production, logistics and more. This is a great role for someone who wants to test the waters of the operational side of the fashion industry.

As an Operations Coordinator -Wholesale you always have the customer in focus and strive to give the best customer experience possible. The main responsibility is to ensure that all our Wholesale partners are given the correct order information and an excellent on time delivery.

Furthermore, you will constantly work to improve existing processes and routines to increase the company's sales and customer experience. Day to day you can also expect to:

  • Maintain and build relationships with clients.
  • Place seasonal and continuity orders in our ERP. Consolidate and confirm customer orders in the wholesale order systems and coordinate with the purchasing team.
  • Analyse the delivery schedule, be proactive and communicate with customers
  • Manage the order release and wholesale stock allocation process.
  • Expedite the customer delivery process and highlighting/communicating any issues arising from our shipping performance.
  • Coordinate wholesale returns, cancellations and claims and any associated credit notes or stock allocation.
  • Maintain CRM of Wholesale Partners constantly including Accounts/Finance Contacts, customer data for all customers in all systems
  • Analyse and aligning shipping manuals with the internal logistics department.

  • Proficiency in Excel / Word / Powerpoint
  • SAP experience is preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills

Why join our graduate programme as a Leadership Trainee ? Well, by joining us you get the chance to be in the ever exciting, sometimes challenging, always rewarding growth phase of a brand and business that is taking off.  We see you as someone who wants to Create the Present, Shape the future and Inspire generations- by first learning with us and then perhaps one day joining our leadership team.

You will have our CEO as your collaborator as you take on projects & rotations with our senior leaders from different sides of the business as you go along. Our Leadership Trainee gets unparalleled impact, access and insights into our business. We see the 11 months going something like this:

• August: Gothenburg office with your mentor and getting to know the central office and leadership teams.
• November: Possible rotation to work with another leader and team. Visit our stores + offices to work on a project with one of our creative/brand/design teams.
• March: Possible rotation to work on another team or office or location-it's all about where you and your mentor see the best value for your growth.
• June: Prepare final presentation for our leadership team. Reflect. Innovate. Feedback.
